Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS), Little luxe atelier is no longer responsible for its transit.
Delivery Confirmation: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout; we cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.
How to Handle Claims
To maintain the privacy and security of our studio, we do not share our physical address publicly. If you have an issue with your order:

- Review: We will review your request within 48 hours.
- Instructions: If a return or replacement is authorized, we will provide you with a specific Return Shipping Address and further instructions at that time.
